Residential Division

Chris Flemming Building Services Pty Ltd (CFBS) was originally formed by local builder, Chris Flemming, in 1990. Chris Flemming has lived on the Northern Beaches all his life and has worked as a builder in the area for many years and is committed to serving the local community.

Chad Flemming joined the company as an apprentice in 1998 and shortly afterwards began work at Manly Aluminium Windows, which at the time was part of CFBS. Chad then took on a leadership role as Site Foreman on residential construction sites before Chris offered him a partnership in CFBS in 2013.

The majority of Chris Flemming Building Services work is the direct result of referrals. We have built up a clientele largely made up of friends and associates of South Curl Curl Surf Club and local football clubs. As a company we believe it’s important to support the local community and have been involved with the surf life saving movement for many years and we regularly contribute to charities such as Father Chris Riley’s Youth Off The Streets and numerous others.

Remedial Division

Whilst CFBS has concentrated on high-end residential construction since the 1990’s, we have developed a remedial division to CFBS over the last 15 years. This is due to the company frequently being approached and employed to repair faulty and substandard workmanship, as well as concrete cancer commonly found in aging buildings exposed to the harsh elements in and around the Peninsula.

This has created a diverse platform for our company to be able to offer our extensive experience in a wide range of services. All the trades working on our sites are of the highest caliber and fully insured.
